Shio Koji : 1 table spoon
Lemon juice : 1/2 tea spoon
Graded garlic : little bit
Water : 100 ml
Any choices from eggplant, pumpkin, zucchini, Okura etc.
Dish up on the cooked rice.
Great combination with rice.
