One more dish from your home made tofu!

With your yummy tofu and with Japanese seasoning, you can make Mabo tofu.
It is really easy and quick main dish.
Spring onion, garlic and ginger.
Cut them into small pieces.
Tofu – cut them into square.
Brown miso, brown sugar, soy sauce. Mix them well.
This mixing bowl is called Suribachi. (See here if you want to know about Suribachi)
Pour sesame oil into the pan.
Stir garlic and ginger first until you get aroma from them.
Then add spring onions.
Then add the prepared sauce.
Cook with tofu.
Prepare potato flour.
and add same amount of water.
Mix them well. This is for making the soup thicker.
Pour it into the pan.
Gently mix and turn off the heat.
How quick it was! But it can be a nice healthy main dish!
